As the founder of ValueShift LLC, Ken is on a mission to correct a structural failure in the talent market: the inability to measure and recognize real problem-solving ability in an AI-driven world.
To bridge this gap, he developed ValueSignal.ai—a platform designed to measure and validate the “invisible” work of AI.
